She is happily married to her husband Michael of 25 plus years, and they have 4 beautiful children. Nicole Moore was Born in San Diego California to a military family. Following multiple moves as a child she graduated Wilmot High School in Twin Lakes Wisconsin. There she worked in Healthcare until relocating to Rock Hill, South Carolina in 2000.
Nicole attended York Technical College where she earned degrees in Accounting and Business. Upon moving to Columbia in 2012, this single mom of three went to work as a nail technician, excelling in customer service with her artistic touch.
Not one to sit idle, Nicole also attended USC and started a side business working in property management maintenance and repair at the same time. Her experience in property management is a tremendous aide helping you sell or purchase your home.
Nicole has been married for 3 years to her husband Stephen. Now an empty nester, sort of, (She moved her parents in last year) she loves to garden, restore old furniture and rescues stray animals.

Everything in Jay’s life has prepared him for a career in real estate! Growing up in Atlanta, Georgia early on and then moving to Columbia, his father was in sales and his mother was in real estate sales, so needless to say he heard a lot about life in the sales business. This led him to a career in the automotive industry and instilled in him the ability to always see the best in every scenario even on a cloudy day!
It’s been said that Jay “never meets a stranger” because he enjoys meeting new people and getting to know them. His patience is second to none and is one of his best attributes that helps him help others. In addition to being a team member and a REALTOR®, his favorite position is being a husband and a dad. His wonderful wife, originally from New York, works in a pediatric office and they have two children that are both on track to be well over six feet.
