She is happily married to her husband Michael of 30 plus years, and they have 4 beautiful children. Nicole Moore was Born in San Diego California to a military family. Following multiple moves as a child she graduated Wilmot High School in Twin Lakes Wisconsin. There she worked in Healthcare until relocating to Rock Hill, South Carolina in 2000.
Nicole attended York Technical College where she earned degrees in Accounting and Business. Upon moving to Columbia in 2012, this single mom of three went to work as a nail technician, excelling in customer service with her artistic touch.

Not one to sit idle, Nicole also attended USC and started a side business working in property management maintenance and repair at the same time. Her experience in property management is a tremendous aide helping you sell or purchase your home.
Nicole has been married for 3 years to her husband Stephen. Now an empty nester, sort of, (She moved her parents in last year) she loves to garden, restore old furniture and rescues stray animals.

She has nineteen years of experience in the real estate industry, with 8.5 years as a homeowners association manager and 10 years as a real estate paralegal serving all areas of South Carolina. She is the wife of a disabled veteran (25 years) and the mother of three children (25, 19 and 10). Seth McNulty is an ambitious and driven realtor in the Columbia area. With a degree in Political Science from the University of South Carolina, Seth understands the significance of property and its relation to economic patterns. Growing up as a child of military parents, Seth understands firsthand the stress and roller coaster of emotions that come with moving. Seth’s love for people and forming relationships is evident through his hobbies, as he coaches middle school football and spends time with family. During college, Seth concentrated his studies on local government and state politics due to his passion for real estate. Seth chose to pursue a career in real estate to help people achieve their property needs and desires, but most importantly, to form rewarding relationships with clients.
