Her active listening skills, understanding, and caring personality can be attributed to her degree in Psychology and counseling experience. She is happily married to her husband Michael of 25 plus years, and they have 4 beautiful children. Seth McNulty is an ambitious and driven realtor in the Columbia area. With a degree in Political Science from the University of South Carolina, Seth understands the significance of the property and its relation to the economical patterns. Growing up as a child of military parents, Seth understands firsthand the stress and roller coaster of emotions that comes with moving. Seth’s love for people and forming relationships is evident through his hobbies as he coaches middle school football and spends time with family. During college, Seth concentrated his studies on local government and state politics due to his passion for real estate. After growing up in NC, she found herself moving to SC with her husband Cody, who currently serves in the Air National Guard. Together with their 5 children they now proudly call SC their home. She has worked in communications for many years at her church and loves supporting realtors behind the scenes. She finds great joy in meeting our realtors and clients' needs to make each transaction run smoothly. When she’s not creating digital content she enjoys cooking, playing guitar, and spending time with her family and their two dogs.
